Private Yoga Session ONLINE

Schedule a time tailored specifically for you. ($60/hour) Your session can focus on things like beginning yoga, mastering arm balances, learning the yogic life, perfecting a pose or family of poses, cultivating great alignment in your postures, and beyond.

Lang generally teaches vinyasa style classes (i.e. flow). Expect to begin by moving energy and getting embodied. The class will build to a crescendo, before tapering off with some sweet stretches that are held for a bit, into savasana.

Your practice will be both a workout and a work-in—meaning your time will be guided by a theme that invites you to inner transformation and healing.

While Lang loves arm-balances, and typically incorporates at least one; for any “challenging” posture, there will be options that meet you where you are at.

Yoga is a feeling, not a shape—and he aims for you to leave class feeling more blissfully alive. (Note, Lang’s training and studies allow him to teach a wide variety of styles—such as hatha, gentle, restorative, and yin.)

How does this private 1:1 Zoom yoga lesson work?

1. Choose a time and book and pay for your session

2. Fill out the intake form before each session if anything has changed

3. Check for the confirmation email for additional links & details

4. You'll get a reminder email with the Zoom link prior to our scheduled time

5. Set up your space so I'm able to see you on camera to make adjustments

6. Join Zoom using the link in your confirmation or reminder email
